Comment: Thank you for the card. The connecting cities is something we know about. But for the next 100 years the two cities, Denver and Colorado Springs cannot be connected, there was some farm land sold on the condition that it remains farm land for 100 years. I was so happy to read about that. Because our city now goes up past monument 17 miles away from the city and Denver goes past Castle Rock about 17 miles south of it. There is about 70 miles between cities, and with them being spread out so much, that distance is not about 40. But I think it is ten ore more miles that has to remain farmland. Personally I wish those that mover to Colorado in tha past ten years would go back to where they came from. I know it sounds mean, but we have no picnic spots nearby any more because of them, our roads are over used and the mountains have never been trashed and misused so much. We could drive 20 m nutes and be away from most everyone ten years ago, but not any more, it takes about three hours and usually there is someone else near by.
