Comment: This was postmarked past the send by date, and even past when you stated it would be mailed. While I do understand that the weather was bad where you are, you hadn't signed in to Swap-bot for about a week before the send by date and didn't contact me to let me know it would be late. It would have been a different rating if you had contacted me. **3/22** - received a PM from swapper asking me to change my rating and offering additional tea. While I DO understand weather was bad (I've lived about 5 towns away from her in the past and know how it gets) she made no mention of not having power in the original PM or that the post office had been closed. Additionally, in the rating right below mine, it's noted that the swap was sent late with no contact. I'm sorry if it seems unfair to her, but I stand by my rating.
