Comment: I never recieved a letter, I have messaged and no response, it has been over a month since the deadline and the letter is showing still not sent. I am rating as I feel is fair since I was ignored and flaked on.

Comment: I hate to do this but I did not receive all the stuff the swap required. It was a profile swap for the pet and I do not feed my pet those types of treats and we were to spend at least $10 and I received about $3 worth of stuff. There was also supposed to be a picture included of our pet which I never received. The note that was to be included was supposed to be from the point of view of the pet not the person.

Comment: Hi Nicole, I'm giving you a heart because your email touched me the most - your descriptions really reminded me of when I used to just lie in bed on a Saturday morning, with the sun coming through the curtains... why do I never do that anymore? Even here in England, we have seen news reports & documentaries etc about Jaycee. Such a sad story, but it seems she is doing well now.
