Response: I am really sorry you feel I did not complete this swap correctly. I included a notecard stating I made a mistake with the lengths, so sent extras to make up for it. I accept one was a fabric tape, but have recieved these as 'washi' before. In regards to the cut up piece, this often happens when the tape catches the edges. This must have been an accident which I am sorry for. I do hope this rating isn't based on the decision I had to make within one of my swaps, which resulted in your '3' rating. I see that it has taken 3 months since posting for you to rate also, I'm sorry I did not have a chance to chase it up before. UPDATE (7.10.18) - I messaged Su in response to the rating, and offered a resend. I received no response to this message unfortunately. UPDATE (22.10.18) - After giving Su a chance to reply, she did not get in contact so after a discussion with the host, we have agreed she will contact Su instead. This is in the hopes she will accept a resend. UPDATE (24.10.18) - After multiple attempts to resolve this by reaching out to Su, I have not had any messages to accept or decline a resend. Of course, I would only resend with permission, so I have sent one final message. Otherwise, I will wait for Su's response to host from now on. UPDATE (29.10.18) - The host of the swap, charophyta, has been in contact with Su, who's stated she does not want a resend, and has no intention of changing her rating. My message to Su has been ignored. Due to this refusal, unfortunately I will be unable to fix this situation.

Response: I actually just use a regular page a day journal for thoughts, goals etc. I have a small weekly spread diary for errands and tasks/things to remember throughout the week. This works really well for me and helps me keep track super well :) The 'planner workshops' sound so fun! Paper planners rule.
