Response: First off,you never told the post office to send back the letter. In your own words, you said 'you left it there'. I've had to go to my post office MULTIPLE TIMES just to check and see if the post office had returned the letter you said you had returned. I would have gladly refunded you for the difference or would have paid to get it send back to you - but it NEVER got returned to me. According to my post office, after mail is left at a post office for insufficent postage for over a month, they disgard the letter. This is not MY fault - It is YOUR fault and it is not fair to give someone a 1 rating when the problem is yours. Like I said, if it would have returned I would have send it back but it did not and that was NOT my fault as I sent my end. As for the insufficient postage, my postman told me the postage was enough. Items that do not have insufficient are not supposed to be sent through the mail because the sender is supposed to get the items returned to them - the reason you got it is unknown but you DID receive your end of the swap.
