After tons of mail, I decided to send her a size that I could understand. I have not even told anything to her during the 20 days of holiday period, and all she replies to my several messages was that she is "very busy". This parcel was supposed to be sent on Nov 30 , 2015 and she has still not sent it. By the way I have also warned her about me rating her adversely 5 days prior to typing this rating.
