Comment: Partner sent an e-mail 6 days after the close of the swap stating the card was mailed on November 1st - already one week late. Nine days later, nothing received. Received card on Nov 10th. The postmark on the envelope was Nov. 8th. Since the deadline was Oct. 25th, and I was told it was mailed on Nov. 1st, I feel I must give this swapper a 3.
Response: i apologize for this! i had a supper busy week and couldnt get online to let you know what was going on. It wont happen again!
