Comment: Thank you for the lovely postcard! I'm sorry it took me so long to rate you. I was sick. Also, the name of the swap wasn't on your postcard. It okay though- I found you. ;) I hope you're doing well. Have fun in Korea. Thanks again! =)
Comment: WOW! That is all I could really say about your postcard of Jeju. I most definetely wouldn't mind going there one day. It is amazing what nature does. Have a fantastic weekend!
Comment: What a beautiful card! Our older son went to Korea years ago for a Boy Scout World Jamboree, but I have never been there so I love getting a little look at what it is like. Thanks!
Comment: Hello Tae,
I want to extend my deep appreciation for your kind patience toward me in getting your rating done for this swap. I was very slow in getting your rating done, but you waited so patiently. The recipe you sent sounds YUMMY!!! I love shrimp and I also enjoy curry. So I bet this would be a recipe I would like. I noticed you said you ate this dish at least twice a week. I think that says a lot about a recipe when you are willing to eat it more than one time a week. I am looking forward to the end of this swap, when we get to Z. Then I am going to put these recipes into a unique recipe book "form.' which I am not sure about totally yet. Once they are all together in one place then I am going to start trying my most favorite recipes first. Your recipe will be one "of those most favorite recipes first." It will take me awhile, but know your recipe will be tried early in the cooking cycle. Thank you so much for sharing. I hope we meet again for other swaps. Until then, Happy Swapping!!!

Comment: Thank you for the great card and the lovely quote. It is actually one of my favorites. I also loved that you wrote on it upside down, totally something I would have done. Thanks again!

Comment: Thanks for the Caramelized Tofu recipe sent on an aerial view postcard of Songgwangsa Temple. I have never cooked with brussels sprouts so the trick appears not to overcook them.
Comment: not normally a fan of tofu, but I love carmelized anything, so i am for sure going to give this a try! and who knows, you may change my tofu opinion! (and if you can manage to do that, you for sure get a heart! *wink*) thanks! love the card as well.
Comment: LOL! You're right, girl. You are so much smarter than that guy. I'm happy that you are living your life the way you want to now. Great letter!
Comment: Loved your answers and photos. My son and daughter-in-law spent a couple years in Korea ... in fact, that's where they met. Your burgers look GREAT! (made me hungry) I hope you have friends in Korea. It makes me sad that you're missing your friends from home. Also ... I LOVE Vietnamese food. Can you cook it?
Comment: Your life seems so interesting! That's amazing that you knew Korean as a child, but have forgotten it even being back in Korea. I would think it would be deep down there somewhere and hearing it spoken would bring back the understanding. I guess not, though huh? Anyway, I loved reading your answers to the questions. Great swap!
