Flaker and a non rater. ♥Update #2 Jan. 4 2016: I see that you deleted my post wishing you a happy birthday and that I had sent your gift on Jan. 6 and the tracking number states it was delivered to you on Jan. 8 - I can provide the tracking number. You have not rated. ♥Updating Jan.2, 2016 to clarify my rating from your response. You did let us know that you were having personal problems, but not until after partners had been assigned and the swap was in progress, and after I had sent you a nice gift, so a rating was required. A year has passed because the Swap-bot system would not let low ratings be posted until two weeks after the year long swap ended. I find it unusual that it has been a year for you to log on at the time ratings start coming through.
