Comment: 5/16- I finally received a package. Although it was a lovely package, I am still going to mark you down for the late send, twice. Had you proactively communicated and sent on time I would have considered a 5. 5/7- I rarely do this, but quite frankly I am frustrated with your communication and still no package. After seeing that you marked sent the day after the send by date, I had to contact you on 4/21 to let you know the package did not arrive. You asked to give it a little more time. On 4/30 I followed up again to let you know still nothing received. You said you would resend. It has been a week and no communication about a resend. If this was your first resend or even 2nd or 3rd I might give you the benefit of the doubt. But quite frankly this is your 5th "resend" this year. That's a very, very high number and coupled with no communication generated by you, it does make me wonder. But I will change if/when I receive a package.
