Response: I have sat with this rating for a long time. She rated me a 3 because she didn't like what I sent not that I didn't follow the "swap requirements". She was displeased with 1 specific line item. One of the items listed was: "Item from an indie/local brand you'd love to support". I am a small business owner and sent some items from my shop as I am an independent business....she didn't like what I sent and then asked me to resend something that better suited her taste. Once I did that she would fix my rating. Yes at first I said I would resend because I wanted to please her and get my rating fixed but after sitting with this I feel that is is unfair. Yes it did take me a long time to respond to this rating publicly and it has negatively affected the swaps and groups I can participate in, which hurts as I truly love this site.
