Comment: Hello- I sent u a message but I just checked my sent out messages and don't think u received it. I have never ever left anyone a negative remark but what I got did not meet requirements..when I received the envelope it was open, the picture that u glued on the blue paper wasn't attached and last of all there was no secure backing.. If you would like to do another one I will rate you fairly.. If not I'll have to rate a 3 which I don't want to do.. I message the coordinator and she agree that did not meet requirements. I'm really sorry...
