Comment: Thanks for the package - it arrived today, Nov 19. While the content is fine, the 3 rating is based on not meeting the requirement to send by Oct 5. Two delays in sending: Msg Oct 16 said in the mail tomorrow, but not postmarked until Nov 9.

I see you marked "sent" on October 21, a week after the last day to send.You did not contact me to let me know you'd be late. I will change the rating to a 3 if I do receive something. Thanks.
