Response: Its actually acrylic paint smeared w/ my finger, so I guess "hand drawn", with a mix of plum and metallic silver paint, inked over w/ Rusty Brown Staz-On ink and then yes, the embossing powder (honeycomb is the color) part. One just recently closed and I got an amazing amount once everything went down to 75% off. I guess I am still spoiled to have one thats thriving and open.
