Comment: It has been over a month since the swap end date. After I messaged you two weeks after the end date I was told it would be mailed in a few days. Over two weeks later, and still no journal. Unfortunately I feel this warrants a one rating. I will rerate if it arrives.
Response: So sorry it has not reached you, I’m sick of mail right now. I’m upset with myself because I can’t track it because I used a lot of assorted pretty stamps that could be reused in journals. I keep a planner and a journal, so it’s not hard to redo with entries but all the special touches will be hard to complete quickly to hurry it up to you, but I will do my best and get it out soon. I do apologize and will be sending with tracking postage
