Please don't paint me as the bad guy here, when you did send late, and you in fact had numerous chances to contact me. Your cards were due on the 5th and the back was dated on the 2nd, so they were ready early. But you didn't send and mark sent until the 8th. You could have shot me a PM at that time, when you logged in to mark sent, and explained the situation, but you chose not to. You could have contacted me on the 4th, 7th, or even the 9th, while you were posting on Facebook, but you chose not to. Your Instagram was also updated around the time the swap was due. If you had explained the situation before I received the swap, I would have probably rated you a 5! But at every chance, you didn't contact me! I understand prioritizing your family, but do not believe that you couldn't find a minute to PM me.
