Response: I finished the book shortly after the exchange. I really liked it. I enjoyed how the author mixed in historical facts with the story. I definitely recommend it.

Comment: Thank you for your book excerpt & note! There used to be a Barnes & Noble in my city, and a Borders right across the street. When the Borders chain shut down I thought, oh well, at least there is still B&N! And then the local B&N closed down. Sigh. When I am near an independent bookstore, that is where I sometimes shop now--though there is none in my city or any of the cities on its borders! Uh, no pun intended. ;) Thanks again!
Response: I know how it feels to not have any book stores nearby. When I picked that book up it was at a store 50 miles away from my house. I always hit up the stores when I was in the city. Now I am in the city and don't have to travel too far. :) Happy reading!

That is awesome that we have some of the same interests, including a love for Colorado. That is so wonderful that you are getting a cabin there. We are going for another vacation there this summer. We like to rent cabins there via vacation rentals. The one we are getting this summer is so nice and huge! My parents and my sister and her husband are going too. I can't wait! Thanks again!
