Description:
For this swap, you will make a total of 2 ATCs. Only bright NEON, fluorescent colors may be used! You can make an abstract or realistic design - your choice - but it should EXPLODE with color! Extra embellishments are welcome, as long as they are neon! No stickers please. Standard ATC size of 2.5 X 3.5 inches. On the back, please include: name of swap, your name, your e-mail. Only users with a 4.8 or higher may participate in this swap. Have fun! :)

I love NEON colors and I am sad that this swap hasn't gotten anyone signed up yet!! I want to join, but need to catch up on my other swaps first! Just letting you know I like this idea a lot, but the dates are too soon for me, otherwise I'd totally join. PM me if you're hosting another one...

@ reddirttraveller: An ATC is like a miniature scrapbook page...you only have a cardboard piece that measures 2.5" X 3.5", so it's like the size of a baseball card! It stands for "Artist Trading Card" because artists trade them (or swap them), and put their information on the back, like e-mail, name, date the ATC was made, etc. In our case, this ATC will be full of neon, fluorescent colors!

Dinah you say no stickers but could you use a neon reflective reflective road sticker for efect? would that be acceptable?
