Are you in love with aprons, like I am?? Then this is the swap for you! They are so easy to make and wonderful to use in the kitchen. For this swap, make a new apron for your swap partner, and box it up with a few other kitchen goodies and send it on its way!

Some examples of the extra goodies could be coffee, tea, hot chocolate, kitchen utensils, recipe cards, potholders...you get the idea! The limit for your extra goodies is $10.00

Please leave a comment if you want to suggest colors for your apron, or kitchen goodies you would love to let your partner know you want.

I would love any apron made from a vintage or reproduction vintage pattern in pretty much any color except orange. My kitchen is always in need of anything with a Tuscan theme - especially potholders, placemats or cloth napkins. I love to use wooden spoons and I also love those little decorated spreader knives. I love hot chocolate - please no coffee or tea unless it's herbal tea. Oh actually my husband loves coffee so you could send some for him:)

Is this open to international swap participants? I would love to join this swap, but international postage is killing me! That along with the fact that half of my swaps I have not received anything at all even though I am investing a lot of time and money into what I sent out makes me a lot more judicious about which swaps I will join.

Yes, this is an international swap. Have you tried the flat rate international envelopes? The one up to 4 pounds is only $7.50 I think - I have been using that a lot and really paying attention to the weight of the things I buy:)

I can't wait. any colors are fine. I want something that reflects more of the person who is sending me an apron than one that reflects what I would make.

we love tea coffe etc, salt and pepper shakers abd wooden sponns. But whatever you would like to send would be fine.

I've added a button that everyone is free to use on their blogs :) Let me know if you have any problems with it!

I have the fabric/pattern in mind already! Ooooh, so excited! My kitchen is a hodgepodge, but I love yellow and light greens for my kitchen. Dragonflies, butterflies, ladybugs ... bugs for the kitchen sounds weird doesn't it? Anyway. LOOOOVE coffee. Am not in love with herbal tea. Mugs/teacups are fun, cookie cutters in unusual shapes are cool, nonpariels and such for cookie/cake decorating are totally righteous.

I love vintage anything pretty much and bright colors. I'd love a real rubber spatula - those new-fangled plastic ones are pretty but they don't get every last glop of the Best Foods out of the jar. Love to bake, love to eat, works out well.

I love pink, bright green, polka dots, red

By my theme of my home I'm sure you will see the type of decor I have by going to

i can't think of a better thing to swap than aprons. looking forward to this

I like the surprise by opening the envelop.

There are no colors, prints that i hate when i think about them. Maybe the only thing i donn't like that much are airforce or nany prints.

I'm a tea person. I'm not drinking coffee but my boyfriend loves it ;)

I like herbes and other spices, cookiecuters, backing cookies with simple recipes, teaspoons and cute teatowels.

sounds like a lot of fun...might even encourage me to fix my other sewing machine and learn to make button holes! I pretty much love anything....apart from a lot of pink and lace. I like the sexy french maid apron style, but I do get quite doughy in the kitchen so need something tough! I like Blackies aprons but she's made me one already ;)

I'm looking forward to my first swap!! I love deep rich burgandys, greens, blues and toiles. I can live with any color but yellow. So if you would like to surprise me and kick me out of my color rut, go for it!

I'm not a coffee person, but I like tea and hot chocolate. My kitchen colors are red/burgandy & olive. My overall style I'd say is a mix of victorian and cottage.

To my secret swap-partner. I have send the package today. I realy hope you like the apron and the extra stuff.

I forgot to make pictures. I think about it when the envelope was colsed down with some tape.

So please partner will you take some pictures and send them to me??
