Somerset Inspiration Tag

Inspiration tags are fun to make and share. I love them because they are a small scale project that requires only bits and pieces but they end up looking so charming.

For this swap, you will make a tag that is no smaller than 2" wide and 4" tall. Decorate it however you wish, as long as it is in the Somerset Style. You might dye the paper in coffee or tea, add some distressing, stamp or emboss lovely images, add fiber, sentiments, glitter, etc. These are just ideas-go with whatever the Somerset muse tells you to do.

Then, embellish your tag with things that your partner can use in her crafting. Think of Somerset Lovelies like:

• bits of bling
• embossed images
• lovely buttons
• unique charms
• interesting fibers
• lovely flowers
• fun hat pins
• tiny treasures
• hand stamped ribbon
• mini tags, coffee/tea stained
• vintage lace
