Make a Haunted House (Halloween style). You can draw, cut and paste, sticker slap... You can make it flat or 3D. Make it as an ATC, a match box, place mat... Just be sure to send something you are proud of:). Haunted House elements - inspiration NOT demand: ghosts, pumpkins, bats, full moon, naked trees, vampires, rats, spiders, webs, cats, witches, broomsticks...
