Glow in the Dark Swap (International)

I'm reposting this swap because I was forced to cancel the last one due to lack of qualified participants.

To clarify questions that were asked last time:

I will be banning unsuitable swappers before assigning partners, so there's no need to be concerned if you see that someone iffy has signed up.

No, those plastic glow-in-the-dark shapes (animals, stars, letters, numbers, etc.) do not count as stickers, so feel free to send both. Feel free to send several sets of stickers, for that matter, just as long as it isn't JUST stickers in there.

There's no set number of items, because some things are larger than others. Just put whatever you can into the envelope, within reason. Nobody wants to get a single sheet of stickers and nothing else.

I have no idea how one would go about making a handmade item that was glow-in-the-dark, but if you have a way, whatever it is will be more than welcome.

Well, the main problem was that last time, it ended up being 3 people, and the 2 who weren't me both had no-sends on their ratings pages, and that just didn't work out well, so I cancelled it. So far, this time, I've got you, me, and one other unrated person, so it's full-speed ahead.

Also: yay! People I (kind of) know!

Handmade items: I found glow-in-the-dark fimo in a craft shop, leftover of Hallowwen; I also have seen glow-in-the-dark Hama beads. Both could be used for something handmade.

That's an excellent idea.
