this swap is not a one-person-per-place one, if you are from US, and a US partner is assigned to you, then you cannot send US coins to your partner, whihc means, the coins you sent should not be the same as where your partner lives in.

I just joined and would love to take part. But I'm getting the message "You do not meet the minimum rating requirement to join this swap.." Anything I can do?
