Mail away your pain

For this swap, you simply take a box and fill it with things that are causing you pain right now. As many things as you want, box can be any size you want. A picture of an ex boyfriend haunting you? Throw it in the box. Found ticket stubs in your boyfriends pocket, and he later admitted that he was with another girl when he told you he was at a bar with his friend? Throw it in the box. The box does NOT have to have items like that... your dad yelled at you this morning? Write it on a piece of paper, and toss that in the box too! Once you let go of as much pain as you can possibly get rid of, mail it off to your partner.

Some of you may ask... why would anyone want to receive a box full of some meaningless items? The answers simple: they aren't meaningless to your partner. Imagine the feeling of relief you'll feel after getting rid of all your negative thoughts, and constant reminders of your heartache.
