Typewriter Letter - March 2012

I don't have a typewriter, my parents used to, my mom used it all the time till it just disappeared some years later. I remember doing a school project on it once in grade school. Wished I still had it. Maybe I might find one one day.

This makes me wish I had a typewriter ;)

Not many people I'm sure are going to have a typewriter.

I have one! I just got one from a thrift store for $2 including 3 packages of brand new ribbon! It's an electric one, too. I got it because my eyes hurt a lot of the time if I type a letter on the computer and sometimes I just wanna type a letter rather than write. Watching for now..

I know I'm brand new but I have a working typewriter and I swear I will send a nicely thought out letter using only it!

You know, $25 sounds very reasonable to get your typewriter back into working order. What kind of machine do you have?

I had 3 at one point. I'm so sad that I don't know where they are. I remember creating familiar characters with, well, characters! I made Woody from Toy Story using astrics, parenthesis and underscores... such fun. :)

Dang. I totally missed this one this time. Do you send reminder PM's to people who aren't always able to hop online everyday and who therefore might miss your swaps? And by 'people' I particularly mean me.
