EDITED: So I am editing this cause the idea I found in the magazine was cute but, when I was testing it it was really difficult to see. If yu would still like to do embedded lace, go for it. Maybe you know how to better do so:

I thought this would be a good way to share/try techniques on ATC's that would inspire us to use them in future projects.

For this one you must create one ATC for each of your partners. This ATC must have clay that is hardened/baked incorporated into the theme of your card.

Sender's choice, so you don't have to wait till you get partners and you should be able to send early. Also, make something you would like to receive.

Must have at least 10 snail mail swaps under your belt, extensively filled out profile and a 4.9 or higher rating. Profiles will be checked.

I can thin sculpy bits - but how do you attach them to a card? When I tried, the bottom must not have been 100% flat & breaking was an instant issue. Does one glue it to a softer surface to conform, with an even thick ATC result? Thanks in advance

Lady: sorry for late response holiday and work. To answer your question, I was going to make my ATC completely out of polymer clay. I would suggest whatever design you decide to apply to on the clay that you make it more of a thicker medallion/embellishment so its light enough for card stock but thick enough not to break. hope that helps. tx for asking and happy swapping

Hope you are feeling better? Do you still have the link to the article about embedding lace? Thx. (glad it's not required but curious)
