To start things off, let's get to know each other a little bit more! Send a letter to your partner with info about who you are. Why did you decide to get into library work? Add things about your library, what you do all day, etc. Even though we 'all' work in a library, each library is different. In fact, my department has a different day than the other departments in the same building! If you are not working in a library, but just working on your MLS or MLIS, tell your partner about your program. If you and your library doesn't mind using letterhead, go for it! I always get a kick out of seeing the letterheads for other libraries.
