Photos/Letters/Notes/Trinkets from Ex's

Have that letter or note or birthday card or little gift from an ex hidden in a shoebox in your closet that still makes you sad when you find it? Get rid of it! Or at least make a copy and share it with someone else.

You can add your own personal note along with the Ex paraphernalia if you want, but it's not required.

You can send anything from a photocopy of a note from your Ex to sending the whole box of things that remind you of him or her.

A good way to get him/her off your mind is sharing the burden with someone else.

edit 10/18/06 ... don't forget to add in old photos of you guys together or just the ex. You can make faces anonymous (w/ a sticker over the face, or color over with a sharpie) if you like, but I thought this would also be a great ex thing to get rid of and/or share
