Good Deeds Journal--International

Everyone does good deeds. Why not try doing a good deed every day for an entire month???? Think about it...if you do a good deed for 30 different people...maybe they would go and do a good deed...that means that would be 60 good deeds...and so on and so on. Ever seen the movie Pay it Forward?

For this swap, buy a journal, notebook, whatever!The journal needs to be at least 6 x9 however. No tinny little things please. It does not need to be huge or pretty. I usually use those black and white cow spotty looking ones. They fit into a 9 x 12 envelope very easily.

For the next month, do a good deed each day. It does not need to be something big or expensive. It can be something as small as holding a door open or letting someone in front of you at the store.

Starting out it may feel odd. People have been conditioned in life to mind their own business but I guarentee by the end of the month, it will be a habit and I guarentee you will keep doing deeds even AFTER you send the journal out.

For each deed, you will write it on a page of the journal. Describe it so your partner can imagine it, see it happening. Then write how it made you feel.

I will set this end to send for a month and a half so in case you miss a day or 2, no worries. I am also making the end day quite far in the future, so if you would like to start doing deeds now until then, feel free to! By all means!!

You need to write at LEAST 30 entries. Each entry needs to be at least a page long. Reallllly put thought into this please. Kindness can spread! Even reading about someone else's kindness makes others want to be kind also!

Onto the rules!!! And these will be stiff simply because I have done 2 journal swaps before and people flaked in a major way!

Do not be discouraged if you do not meet the requirements. Kindess does not need them. Go out and do good deeds regardless of this swap or not!!!!
