What's for Dessert? Recipe Swap!

This swap is just what it sounds like, a swap for sweet recipes. It's going to be international, so the recipe should involve mostly ingredients that are the same everywhere (flour, raisins, cocoa, etc... not pre-mixed ingredients.) I love snail mail, so please print out your recipe on a nice, neat card or paper, and send it off to your partner. As always, any happy little extras in the envelope should get a heart, but you don't have to get too carried away since this is a really simple little swap. Just ask if you have any questions!

Also... if you have any food allergies or restrictions (only cooking halal, don't use alcohol, etc) please put it in the comments so your partner can pick a recipe you can use!
