Description:
This will be a swap for St. Patricks day themed yarn. You will send your partner enough sock yarn to make one pair of socks. The yarn must tie into St Patricks Day or Ireland ie. Green or Orange must be in the yarn any shade is fine. You dont not need to send a pattern but you can if you like. Extras may get you those awesome little hearts. Note this is for sock yarn and you need to send quality stuff --- totally a yarn snobs swap no acrylics etc... Although I believe every yarn has its place this swap is not for walmart type yarns thanks Newbies are welcome with email first and profile no rating less the 4.75 thanks a bunch... I reserve the right to ban

Gonna get mine on Sunday LYS having a super bowl sale thats the nice thing about this one the color is known so you can get it early instead of waiting till partnered up.

I dont imagine there will be much orange I dont even think there is much orange in sock yarn out there... but I didnt want to offend the Protestant sect of Ireland

Sherri, it looks like we've got the same taste in yarn colors. I probably wouldn't throw a tantrum if I got orange sock yarn. However, I'd probably feel more heart-ish toward somebody who sent me nearly any shade of green.

Not a threat, mind you. Just stating a preference. :)

Swap-bot is fun in how randomly it matches up people. This time, I got someone from my home town (where I grew up, not where I am now) and almost the same birthday. This amuses me very much.
