Description:
Time for the second installment of ATC Experiments. Round 2 is DECOUPAGE. For this swap, you will collage/decoupage an ATC. So get some magazines, a pair of scissors, and the glue and get to creating. NO TAPE. And it may be a good idea to add a top coat of glue to the ATC when it is finished. Other elements may be added, but it should be mostly collage. The theme is CHANCE and LUCK. It is up to the sender in terms of interpretation. Newbies welcome. And this swap IS International.
