So, being a student in french immersion classes, and not being able to find an excess of great french music, movies, etc. I've created this french media swap. So, you will have one partner, you are to send either: -1 burnt cd of french music -1 french dvd or -1 french book -discuss with your partner if you'd like to send anything else. I'm making this international, as none of these items are that terribly expensive to send! Have fun swapping!

Just a tip (as I too like French culture) some DVD's have the language option to listen to the film in French.

Manon de Source is one of my favourite French films, in case you're looking for a good French movie.

Neat idea for a swap. I'll have to see if I can come up with anything for it.

If you like to listen to French music, you can search internet radio stations and listen to streaming media from anywhere in the world.

Hehe, I'm so glad there is such a great turn out! Everything can be burnt if you'd like! I'm a dirty pirate myself. I don't like watching translated DVDs, it's just not the same, I like french films in french and english films in english! Haha.

I went to French immersion schools once upon a time too, so I think this is an awesome swap idea. Are used books/DVDs okay if they are in good condition?

I joined this swap because I love sending stuff and there are loads of French musics/books/... available over here. So I though I should let someone benefit from this. DVDs will be hard though, because of the different zones.

What I receive isn't so important. The tought that someone took the time to send me something is already great(even if it's in English or Chinese :o)).

Several people of the swap have for some reason not sent out their swaps at all and in the meantime our host has been partially suspended also.

I am willing to angel those who haven't received their swap, so if this is the case, send me PM and we'll work this out.
