Description:
Cut designer paper into strips (stripes seem to work the best for this). They can be the same size or varied. Tape or glue the strips onto your ATC's in a slightly altered up or down pattern. You may trim the edges even or irregular like I did for the sample. Now do something pretty to your ATC but make sure you can see a lot of the background. One ATC to 2 partners.
