Question Slam Book Quick Swap

This is my first time hosting a Slam swap. I am just starting to discover what slams are and would like to see some samples from others so I am going to host a swap. Feel free to let me know if I need to change something.

For this swap you will have 4 partners and send each person 3 question slam books. Each slam book should contain at least 5 questions. The questions your senders choice. Slams can be made for yourself or for someone else. On the front page please write who the swap is made by and who it is made for. Have a sheet inside for participants to sign in and then a few pages with questions for people to answer. I had my participants sign in next to a number and then answer questions next to that number throughout the book. So, if you sign in at number 3 for example you will write your answers next to #3 throughout the book. I hope that makes sense. The last signer will send the book home.

If this swap goes well I will host more so that we can keep the slams moving around. Please let me know if I need to change anything on here or if you have questions.
