Non-USA International Pen-Pals

First of all, the reason behind the "Non-USA" is because the majority of the users on Swap-Bot are from USA and in these pen-pal swaps, many folks want international pen-pals.

NOTE: I'm the exception because I'm the one who wants a international pen-pal. If there is any folks from USA that needs an international one, I would suggest you to start a swap like mine so you can get one too. You have my permission to start a swap like this one. One other one is @BerlinGeorgia because she will be returning to Germany in a year.

This swap is simple to do: You need to write at least a page for your letter introducing yourself. It can be hand-written or typed. You can also add something nice to send. I'm giving a whole month for you join and another to finish your letter and send it.

This swap is newbie-friendly if your profile is filled and I will check for that. Also, for those with questionable ratings, I will be checking your profiles and ratings. Basically, if you have a one (1) or a three (3) in the last six months, you will maybe banned.
