Description:

As luck would have it, June is CANDY MONTH! Let's send small but sweet packages in celebration of this month. :-)

For this swap you will:

  • Have one partner.

  • Send your partner 3 different candies to try. These must be individually wrapped/sealed (not loose, unwrapped candies or unlabeled and poured from a larger bag). Think of 3 small candy packets, candy bars, or lollipops, not just three small pieces of candy.

  • Let's focus on CANDY rather than chocolate, especially as many of us live in places that are too hot for chocolate in June!

  • Send a swap of approximately $2-$3.

  • Include a note telling a little bit about the candies you are choosing to send.

  • This is a sender's choice swap, but it's always kind to check profiles for allergies or extreme dislikes.

Before assigning partners, I will check that there are no overdue swaps, everyone has logged in recently, and that there are no unexplained/unresolved 1s or 3s. I dislike banning people from swaps, but I will do so to help ensure that everyone has a successful experience in this swap.

These things are also very important in sending out a nice swap, and they are considered requirements of this swap:

  • Send foods in commercially sealed packaging for health and customs reasons. Be sure to check expiration dates before sending.

  • Be courteous by sending our swaps on time and rating our partners when we receive. In the rare circumstance that you must be late, it is expected that you will contact both your partner and the swap host before the send-by deadline has passed.

  • Package your swap appropriately to protect the contents. Zip-top baggies are smart for containing unexpected breaks and leaks. Boxes rather than envelopes should be used for fragile items. We all appreciate the efforts taken to keep our swaps enjoyable!

HAVE A SWEET JUNE!
