Since national holidays are coming up in the USA and Canada, this swap will feature public buildings. One store bought postcard or nicely handmade of a public building (post office, city hall, library,etc.) anywhere in the world. Write a short note to your partner telling why you are sending this card. Meet the mailing deadline and be sure to rate your partner.
