ATC~Snoopy~ #2 in Peanuts characters~Series

Make a standard size 2.5" by 3.5" ATC depicting Snoopy from the Peanuts cartoon. Woodstock was so much fun, so why not go on with these characters.~ I will screen people if their intent seems suspicious to me and I will ban people with recent multiple low ratings and newbies without their profiles filled out and without recent log-ins.
