Description:
For this swap, you will have three partners. To each partner you will send: a decorated Halloween envelope a little Halloween surprise inside (stickers, die cuts, paper, ribbon, notecards, etc.)--preferably something flattish to keep postage costs down The value of your surprise should be approximately $1. You are free to include more if you like, but do not rate partners down so long as the surprise is worth approximately $1. Interpretation of "decorated" is up to the sender--you might create an envelope out of Halloween paper, or decorate a plain white envelope with markers, stickers, etc. Do your best! You must have a rating of 4.8 to participate and be rated for 10 Type 2 or Type 3 swaps.

Is the decorated envelope what the items should be sent in, or should it be a decorated envie full of stuff inside of another mailing envelope?
