Journal Page Postcard Swap

Thank you for coordinating! Journaling on postcards can get quite addictive. I do this at work, at the end of the day, on random postcards I keep in my desk drawer. I write myself a journal of whatever sticks in my mind from the day. I don't mail them from work, though, as that would open the door to fellow employees reading them. I mail the cards from a mailbox on the way to the bus stop. It usually takes a week for them to get to my mailbox, 20 miles away.

I found a library discarded copy of the book Journal Revolution with art by Linda Woods. It's a good starting place for art journaling. With short pithy instructions, and good art examples. ( and I like that it was free!)

I love that yours was free! I had to pay for mine :(. I can't believe that a library ditched that one alreday..it's brand new!

I think I stuttered in the swap description :)...It says to make 2 postcards twice..I only meant 2 postcards total/one to each partner. Did anyone make 4 postcards??

I didn't make four cards. Had a hard enough time making two! I just sent mine off today. Man, that was much more difficult than I thought it would be. I've got a few rejects in my recycle pile.

I thought I would have such an easy time creating a postcard and writing a journal entry. I do it all the time to send to myself. Performance anxiety struck when I had to do it for others, I guess.
