This is going to be a quick and simple swap. The swap will be conducted via email. You will send your partners 5 diabetic recipes. 2 must be for a dessert...the other 3 are your choice. There are a ton of websites you can find these recipes from and of course you may use a cookbook that you may have as well. The swap will be a quick turnaround so watch your mail!! Newbies are welcome and International is not a problem since it is all conducted through email.
