Mini Comp Of Random Thoughts

Buy a mini Comp book. Decorate it a bit. Then for every day of the month of November just write the random thoughts that comes to your mind.

Examples: * Facebook always makes me feel like a total loser * Sometimes I wish I lived right next to a convenient store so I could just walk over when I need a Dr. Pepper since I don't have a car * I can't wait for the day that I get to finally move out of my parent's house and have my own home again

Carry the notebook around with you everywhere so that you can jot down your thoughts on the spur of the moment!! You do not have to seperate your entries with dates but you may if you want. Try to fill the notebook up as much as possible!!! It must be at least half way full, but try try try for more!!!
