A Holiday Favor for a Stranger

So I read the blog Aunt Peaches regularly. She's asking for a favor that I figure most of us could help with. One of her fellow bloggers, Mrs. Greene is asking for Christmas cheer for her grandmother, Betty Vogel.

You see, about a week ago Mrs. Vogel was informed she has Stage 4 lung cancer. This Christmas is more than likely her last. Mrs. Greene writes "The holidays are supposed to be filled with love and joy, not sadness and despair. I don’t want grandma’s last Christmas to be melancholy. I want the holidays to wrap her with caring and comfort. I want so very, very desperately to see my grandma smile again."

I thought we could do this! Even if you don't sign up for the swap, but send a card, the love would be there.

For the swap, let's spread amongst ourselves by sending 1 blank card to our partner with a note tucked inside, so the card can be sent on to someone else, in addition to one card sent to Betty Vogel. I know the holidays make money tight, but for 2 stamps you could spread a lot of love. <3
