February 13 is Madly In Love With Me Day!

In celebration of this day, do something you rarely have the opportunity to do. Think of all the things you love about yourself, and then tell someone else about them. This swap is giving you permission to write to someone else about your wonderful characteristics. Tell your partner about yourself in general, and then share at least three things you absolutely love about yourself. This is a great way to get to know someone else, and give yourself a little boost.

For this swap, you will send your partner:

• A letter (at least one page) about yourself, highlighting three things you love about yourself.
• A small gift that represents (or is) something you love. It doesn't have to be related to what you write in the letter.

*I encourage you to copy the letter and mail the copy to yourself. Open it on February 13 to remind yourself of the reasons you're MADLY IN LOVE WITH YOU.

Take this challenge. Write about yourself. Be positive. Take some time to love YOU. :)
