Description: | |
This is my 3rd swap with an emphasis on recycle, reuse, and repurpose items. I thought it would be fun to make ATCs with all that junk mail that comes to us. Scrutinize your junk mail before you send it to the recycle bin or trash can. A lot of talent and good design goes into creating the original material. I have given a large lead-time so we will have ample time to collect just the right junk mail. Try to limit embellishments that aren’t from your junk mail; and remember the finished cards must fit into a standard trading card sleeve. Each person will have 2 partners and send 2 ATCs to each partner. You do not have to make 4 different ATCs but please send as least 2 different ones for each person. That means you will make 4 artist trading cards and send two to each of your 2 assigned partners. And you will receive 2 from each of your 2 partners. Any theme, but use only your junk mail (not magazines you subscribe to) to make your ATCs. Only original ATCs please, no computer generate ones! Artist trading cards are 2-1/2 x 3-1/2 inches, and should be flat enough to slide into a standard trading card sleeve. Please be sure you can meet the mailing deadline of January 15th before you sign up for this swap. Newbies are welcome. Please don't sign up for this one if you have a swap-bot rating lower than 4. |
