Swap-bot Support: Mental illness INTERNATIONAL

I currently work as an individual therapist with the adult mentally ill. What most people don't know is that I have a mental illness, as well. I was diagnosed with Bipolar II disorder about 9 years ago. Bipolar II is the less severe form of Bipolar I.
In this swap you will write your partner a letter about your own struggles with mental illness or someone you know that has a mental illness (i.e. friend, family member, co worker). You can add different ways of how you cope with your illness, when you were diagnosed, what you do to make yourself feel better, etc... You don't have to give too many personal details if you feel uncomfortable. RULES: You must have a 4.8 or above. You can either type or handwrite your letter but it must be at least a page long.
