January gets some of us into the winter doldrums. We're starting to freeze from the outside in. Maybe a little soup on the stove will help! You will send at least three recipes for soups and / or stews to each of two partners. The recipes can be hand written or typed. They can be on cards or any size of paper. Format is not important! Just send your favorite soup or stew recipes to help keeps someone warm!

I think it would be difficult to ask for vegetarian recipes from people who might not be vegetarians! Maybe someone could set up a vegetarian recipe swap? Or at least, the two of you could swap recicpes! Sorry guys!

Hey, CatherineW. and Jennynotjennifer, I dropped your stew/soup recipes in the mail, but won't go out until tuesday, due to MLK Day. I live in Oklahoma and we have just experienced one of the worst ice storms I can remember, mail did not run Saturday. I made Chili and Chicken Soup this weekend, just in case we lost power, can be reheated on woodstove. Hope you enjoy the recipes! Suzan

Hi, I'm new and want to rate my swap partner who sent me yummy recipes. FAQs says there is a link on the swap page, but I don't see it. Any help?

You can rate your partner 7 days after the due date for the swap. This allows for those of us who are deadline mail date mailers a chance for our stuff to get thru the mail. So about the 22nd or 23rd you can view this Swap again and then you'll see a "Rate your partner" link at the top. Hope that helps!

Hi, Trish and Amity, I have received your recipes, very yummy indeed! Thank you very much. Did everyone notice the little additonal heart rating box in your rating partners screen? I think that is great. I believe it is a new upgrade today.
