What exactly is a FB? Is it like a notebook or is it just sheets of paper stapled together? Sorry, I am totally new at this....

Don't be sorry :-) Thanks for asking -- It is a tiny "notebook" you create where you begin by putting your name or your friend's name and address, her hobbies, likes, dislikes, etc. MADE for: _____________ <-her name MADE by: ______________<- your name

It can be themed :if you/she like cats you can put some cat things on/in it. You date it and send it on to others who might be interested in being friends. They sign and send it on. On the back of the little book you ask the last person signing to send it home to the person it has been made for. Easy peasy~ you can see some of them if you google :friendship book images. I hope you'll want to join!

If we don't have 3 FBs from previous swaps can we start 3 new ones in addition to the 2 we start for the partners?

Does this mean that we are suppose to make a fb for the partners we send to or make a fb for the people that are sending to us?

So yes, once partners are assigned, you can send your FB's as well as a lovely decorated one for the OTHER partner.

@tigerbunny - Now that you have the assigned partners, you send 3 FB's PLUS one you make fresh and new for the other partner you got. So a total of 4 FB's.
