I love Dr. Seus and making ATC's so I thought I would create this swap. You will have one partner and choose any Dr. Seus book you like and use it to inspire your ATC. Please write the name of the book on the back if it isn't clearly evident in your design. Standard ATC rules apply; 2.5" X 3.5" with a sturdy background. Minimum 4.8 rating with no unexplained/unresolved ones or threes in last three months. Newbies must have 5 type 3 rated swaps. | |
